− Bed very rough

I will not come again even for free, very bad feelings and experience

+ Everything not worth the time and the effort to get there

− The food is bad, not clean enough and not welcoming staff, I waste my time and my money. Its so expensive for this very low experience.

+ 1. ულამაზესი ხედი აქვს სასტუმროს (პირდაპირ ზღვას დაჰყურებს). 2. აქვს თავისი სანაპირო სივრცე, სადაც სასტუმროს პერსონალიც არის და შეზლონგი და ქოლგა გამზადებულია. 3. ოთახი საკმაოდ დიდი და კომფორტულია. 4. აუზი ულამაზესი ხედით არის, საკმაოდ დიდია და ძალიან კარგია საცურაოდ. 5. გვიანი check-out-ის საშუალება მომცეს და მადლობა მათ ამისთვის.

− 1. სასტუმროს გარკვეულ ნაწილს განახლება სჭირდება (ღირებულებიდან გამომდინარე უფრო მეტს ველოდი). 2. აუზზე ქოლგა არ აქვთ, რაც დიდი დისკომფორტია.

− The interior of the buildings are not modern.

Tasty breakfast, beautiful location, excellent spa.

+ We enjoyed our stay, and absolutely want to come again. We had a bad experience with unprofessional stuff at the restaurant , but thanks to the manager’s attentiveness, her inquiries about our problems, and her commitment to resolving them, our experience improved significantly. The room is spacious and bed is comfy, the view is stunning, and the room was cleaned daily. The spa is beautiful, and the location is fantastic, middle in nature. The breakfast is delicious, and you can even choose how you want your eggs. The staff are generally friendly.

− Because we were there outside the high season, the outdoor pool was closed. I would have preferred to have the full experience and be able to swim outside. I stayed on an all-inclusive package for 4 days. The all-inclusive menu for lunch and dinner was the same and not very varied.

− They support everything till 9pm and i think it is better to extend it till 12am

+ The rooms are big and clean, view of the black sea from rooms is great.

− Unfriendly staff, not trained and some are rude, quality of food in Lunch and Dinner is horrible, all inclusive is Trab they have very limited options which some are bad quality like Brandy and wine, if ned water in room even all inclusive but you have to pay for it, we were charged water in restaurant which we did not order, the waiter started looking at our bags and around table to see if we steal it, that was the worst part, we paid a lot of money for the visit but we did not get what we paid for, the pool is very small and no towel service at the beach

+ I LIKE THE ALL INCLUSIVE PART AND THE LOCATION OF RESORT Desserts were good in all meals and tasty I would definitely like to visit again there .

IN BEDROOM THERE WERE INSECTS 2 SPIDERS AND BED BUGS IT WAS A PROBLEM I TOLD THE STAFF THEY TOLD THERE IS NO CLEANING SERVICE AFTER 6 THE 1ST NIGHT WAS TROUBLE NEXT NIGHT SAME ISSUES BEHIND THE BED INSECTS COMES MEANS NO CLEANING . 2. THE FOOD WAS NOT THAT PROPER THERE SHOULD BE MULTICUSINE ONT ONLY GEORGIAN FOOD WE DON'T EAT BEEF AND PORK SO OPTIONS WERE LESS FOR FOOD 3 TIMES. 3. One of the staff member came inside i was inside in bathroom he came directly without knowing because the room was big but no bell only knock isn't loud and telephone was only 1 in hall and same issue because room was so big I can't listen that while ringing and same with wifi it was in hall only no network in other rooms and even no cellfi network.
