Beautiful hotel in a great location.

+ The hotel is beautifully renovated. Our room was gorgeous with high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

− The hotel is situated on a busy tourist street and evenings could be noisy with alot of pedestrian traffic.

Pleasant

+ The location is great, very central. The bathrooms are large and well equipped. The bathrobes and slippers are very comfy.

− Our room was right next to the elevator and there is zero sound proofing in this building, so, as soon as people started using the elevator a bit more actively, at around 6 am, until past midnight, you hear it non-stop. Might be ok for one night but for multiple was an absolute nightmare. They kept turning the AC to such a low temperature that it was freezing upon return in the evening, but when we asked for blankets, they said the hotel has no blankets to provide in the summer! Luckily, they have bathrobes so i could sleep it that.

− Seemed to have quite a bit of wear and tear on some furniture and still dealing with minor construction/reno issues. Half way up and incredibly steep hill heading up to Galata tower.

Overall the place is very good value for money, considering how cheap it is, it was pretty good.

+ The location was great and staff were friendly. The overall property was very nicely done up and you could tell it was newly renovated.

− Probably something minor, but the shower pressure was low

Very Good

− I stayed in a room on the ground floor. The only downside was that the window faced the wall of the neighbouring building, with less than 0.5 metres to the wall. Because of this, the room lacked natural light. However, Istanbul is a city where you should be out walking, not sitting in your room.

+ Location was great, brand new hotel and friendly staff.

− The only thing missing was a good breakfast facility in the hotel.

Amazing value for money!

+ The rooms exceeded my expectations - they looked exactly as pictured, were very clean and beautifully made up. The bathroom was the best I've seen in Turkey. The staff was friendly and spoke both English and Russian without any issues. I thought that on the whole, value for money was incredible .Would highly recommend for those seeking to stay in Galata!

− A few things I did not enjoy - to be fair, these are pretty minor issues. - No heavy duvets (light throws only) - which is apparently the cultural norm in Turkey, but is quite unpleasant for international travelers who are cold sleepers. - Galata on the whole is extremely touristy and busy. Wouldn't stay in the neighborhood again. Very steep hills all around. That's just a personal preference though. - The lobby and elevator were ok, while the rooms are very curated, the first floor was meh. - Since the hotel is so new, the roof terrace was still closed as of August 2026.

+ The staff was super helpful, room was beautiful, and they set us up for taxis whenever we needed it. Location is also unbeatable.

+ We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a street view, which was beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom had excellent toiletries and a surprisingly good hairdryer, which is quite rare for a 3-star hotel. The air conditioning worked very well, and both the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. The location is very central, making it easy to walk almost everywhere. Another big plus is the excellent soundproofing from the street — despite the central location, we could barely hear any outside noise. There are a couple of downsides worth mentioning. They may be difficult to avoid in a hotel of this type, but I think future guests should be aware of them. Our room was located right next to the elevator, which unfortunately made quite a lot of noise. I’m sure we could have asked reception for earplugs, but in the end we managed to fall asleep without them. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom, so there was a slight unpleasant smell. It wasn’t particularly strong and didn’t bother us too much, but it is something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The reception staff were extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful, and they were always quick to assist with any questions or requests.
