Brilliant hostel, 10/10 staff and only 10 mins walk from beach
+ All the staff were so helpful and friendly - always keen to answer questions and make sure I was ok and had what I needed. Adam was especially friendly and honestly just one of the kindest and most humble people I’ve ever met. The rooms were spacious and bed very comfortable!
− Only small challenge for me was the location being a little further from the north part of the island. But this is nothing to do with the hostel and if I was more willing to drive a scooter, that would have been less of a challenge.

+ This hostel was definitely one of the best place we stayed on our trip! A special thanks to Adam from the lobby, who made our stay really enjoyable. Such a cool place with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and a great location close to the beach. We had a really great time here and would definitely recommend it!

Excellent!
+ Great hostel, beautiful, clean, vibrant, comfortable, extremely good value for money. I booked the private bungalow which was really clean, had a cute balcony, water was provided the first day, fridge, mosquito net. It was one of the only balinese-style bungalows that wasn't so open to insects which I really appreciated compared to the rest of my accomodations during the trip 😅 the place is so serene, the staff is really helpful and they are also nice and kind, always available. The hostel has a chill social vibe but nothing too forced which I really appreciate as I don't always have the social drive charged! The 2 pools are beautiful and clean. The location is close to some beaches and it's true that the route can be a bit dark during the night for a short walk but nothing really negative for me. I therefore enjoyed the Serenity. Nice warungs around. Definitely recommended and the value for money is excellent.

The best hostel experience
+ Everything. I have stayed in over 100 hostels and Castaway is at the top of the list. Amazing staff, friendly and positive atmosphere, great facilities and very affordable. Will recommend to all friends visiting Nusa Lembongan, thank you Adam and the Castaway team!

revitalising, social and fun.
+ the staff are amazing and accommodating, the layout of the place brings everyone together but allows quiet time, and the room well exceeded my expectations. when they opened the door to the room and bathroom in the private bungalow, it was very clean and spacious with good hot water and freezing cold AC. Thank you Deko and Castaway staff it's been great.
− The roads around the town and especially leading up to the hostel have a lot of pot-holes, but it's not a big issue, just couldn't think of anything else.

+ The staff is amazing. They always help with everything and strive to create a wonderful environment. I would say it's one of the best hostels in Nusa L. The staff are always chatting with us, asking if everything is okay. I stayed there for over a week and everything was incredible.
