Great hotel close to Taksim square
+ The location in Beyoglu is very convenient, close to Taksim square. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I also liked the cartoon decorations. Overall great value for money!
− The lobby bar was closed and the rooftop restaurant was only open for breakfast, but the reception staff gave us good recommendations where to go for food and drinks.

Good location and lovely staff
+ The service in general was really good. Ismail was really nice and helpful and made my stay really enjoyable.
− The breakfast is not the best and it is not labelled. Which makes harder to choose what you wanna eat.

Very comfortable and highly recommended.
+ The staff were extremely friendly, happily showing us to our rooms and changing the room from a double bed to two beds, as it was a dad and grown daughter sharing! The room was nice and big, and got presented with 3 bottles of water already in the fridge, offered free breakfast and also given a goodie bag and some chocolates! The bathroom was well equipped and has spare toothpaste, and toothbrushes in individual boxes, if you feel you need them. They also offer a shaving kit. The rooms themselves were very comfy and the beds very comfortable too. The shower was powerful and the hairdryer worked really well. The bathroom and surrounding areas were very clean. Safe was free to use too.
− The air conditioning wasn’t the best, so had to sleep with the windows open and they open very wide, so be careful if with children! With the windows open, it’s very loud outside with cars bobbing and the call to prayer from the Mosque opposite but because we were there for the Europa final with Aston Villa, that may have contributed to the noise and we got used to the noise of the prayer.

Probably was value for money no more and I don’t think it’s a four stars hotel , very old and outdated
+ The staff at the reception desk were very nice and helpful, they were very polite and happy to answer any questions and curries that I asked them to answer . Breakfast was ok and view from the restaurant was nice.
− The hotel is located in a very busy road, even our room was in the fifth floor is was very noisy all the time and specially at the weekend and the room was not very clean it was dust specially under the bed and the rag and

+ I loved the location, being close to Taksim Square, the metro, buses, and Beşiktaş. The hotel staff were very polite, and even though we checked out very early (4:00 AM), they prepared sandwiches for us, which was a really nice gesture; thank you to them. Breakfast was on the terrace floor and there were really good options; everything was fresh and delicious. Finally, it was only a 3-minute walk from the bus stops for Sabiha Gökçen Airport, which was a fantastic detail.
− For those of us who are light sleepers, sleeping in rooms facing the front (mosque and street) might be a bit difficult because the windows weren't very good, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had in terms of noise. I hope the windows are fixed soon.

+ The location was great , a few steps away from Istiklal street and taksim metro station .the staff were really helpful and it was calm at night .
