+ i liked the hallway it looks quite nice.The bed was comfy and clean and i loved the bathroom as well it has great amenities. Overall lovely place

OK for a few nights, but cleaning needs to be improved.
+ I initially (and unintentionally) booked a windowless room, but when I arrived the receptionist kindly upgraded me to a room with a window. Neighbourhood is convenient - walking distance in between KL Sentral and Chinatown. Not too noisy. Shower pressure and temperature is good. Toilet has a built in bidet. Air conditioner is quiet.
− The hotel overall is a bit drab and needs a desperate refurbishment. Room is smaller than it looks in the photos. Refrigerator is useless as it doesn't work. Most of all, the cleaning needs to be improved. There is still hair on the floor and on the rug, the idea of "art" is a cheap and ugly brown painting, and in my room someone had put a sticker on the wall and the cleaning staff have either not noticed or not bothered to take it off.
