+ The location is excellent, and one of the most impressive things about the hotel is the way the building is positioned. The main entrance is on the new city side, while from the second floor there is an exit that leads directly into the old city. This makes the hotel extremely convenient for exploring both areas and gives it a very unique character. It is a fantastic location for anyone wanting easy access to both the modern and historic parts of the city.

− There was a constant noise coming from the next room. When we reported it, we were told it was just due to the wind. Instead of dismissing it, the staff should have checked the room or closed the window to resolve the issue, as the sound made it very difficult to fall asleep. Furthermore, the staff member on duty was impolite; when we complained, he dismissively responded, “How would I know what’s causing the sound? I’ll have to check.” Finally, the pool area was disappointing—it was much smaller than expected, the filters were turned off, and it was not well-maintained.

Exceptional

+ I highly recommend this hotel. The location could not be better, making it extremely convenient to explore the area. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service—the staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist.

− The TV screen was far too small for the size of the room. Furthermore, it felt like the shower and floors were not cleaned at all throughout our entire stay. There were no curtains in the room, so the sunlight woke us up very early every morning and disrupted our sleep. On our final night, the air conditioning completely stopped working. While the dining room was great for the first two days, the menu never changed, making the food repetitive and boring after a short while.
