Ideal location for the mosques and basilica cistern being only 5 minutes away but in a quiet street
+ Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was the next building but the view was amazing and the food selection and friendliness of the staff was great.
− Cleanliness wasn’t perfect. I had to clean my suitcase after putting on top of wardrobe. The bathroom had a few broken items and hair in the shower drain.

Big orange hotel experience
− The fact that the breakfast room was 40 stairs Down and then 40 up 2 doors down. And the breakfast wasn't good at all. Poor. And not nice to sit on. Awful. Lady on fone each day. Not interested in helping.

+ The location couldn’t be better, right in the city centre and easy to reach by car. Mustafa was really accommodating and the check-in process very smooth. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a good stay and I would definitely stay here again.

+ Every day the cleaning lady arrived and made the room, she was really nice. And the breakfast was tasty, plenty types to choose from to be nutritionally balanced, location was in the next door hotel on the rooftop - wonderful views on the sea and sultanahmet. Overally, satisfied with this accommodation.
− Receptionist took the pictures of ID documents at the beginning, really something not pleasant to see - I have time to enter my data while I'm present, especially when there are no other guests waiting to be served. There could be bottle of water in the fridge upon arrival.

− Room is small Ladder is so difficult need only slim healthy people with no luggage, people may get hurt Breakfast at another place, 4th floor with no elevator so not user friendly at all WiFi is bad AC is so loud and not working properly We could not pay by card as agreed as hotel claimed a problem although both cards worked perfectly everywhere else so not professional
