Spacious rooms if a little tired. Nice staff
+ The staff were nice although they couldn’t understand us at all. Spacious rooms if a little tired.
− Cigarette holes on the sofa. Most basic breakfast have ever seen (all breakfast plates or stoves were empty) . Our bedroom door didn’t open without assistance (only opened from the inside) and the bathroom door didn’t shut (needed to be sanded)- both of which were known issues when we checked in and had been for a while and apparently the manager didn’t think to sort until we complained. This is very unprofessional and incomprehensible. There was no attempt at staff trying translation apps or anything. We left our luggage with them and asked if it it would be put into a locked room which they said yes -7 hours later it was still sitting by the desk in reception. We had open electrical wires in our bathroom too which seemed dangerous
