− The incident happened at the Lazy River. I was disappointed with the presence of bugs/insects there, as my 2-year-old daughter was bitten while enjoying the facility. I appreciate the good hospitality and the prompt action taken by the staff. They immediately applied some gel, which helped reduce the swelling at the time. However, by the time we reached home, the swelling had become worse, so we immediately visited a clinic. The doctor prescribed medication, including an antibiotic and gel. While I appreciate the staff's quick response and hospitality, I strongly recommend that the management investigate and address the presence of insects around the Lazy River to prevent similar incidents, especially involving young children.

Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.
+ The extra personal care taken by the Cleaners when they tie back power cords or leave a lens cloth by your glasses. The Breakfast Buffet was such a large variety / selection. We did the Half Board Package and had so many different choices. Excellent Food catering for everyone.
− Seafire was included as a Half Board Option. No where were we informed that a cover charge of AED 250 per person was to be added
