Excellent
+ The hotel was excellent. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, very clean, and had plenty of storage space. We were very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast was also good. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), which made getting around very convenient. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

+ Clean hotel close to Taksim square. Lots of restaurants around. Large room and bed Very nice young lady on reception, I think her name was Bey, was very helpful, and gave us a late check out, so thank you.
− Breakfast there is not much for western taste buds. But when in Turkey.

Brilliant location
+ Location is brilliant and room is spacious. It’s pretty comfortable as well. Water flow is amazing, and hotel offered us free breakfast during our stay which was very kind of them. They’ve got a restaurant service 24/7 which is also great.
− Reception sounded a bit uninterested, when I spoke with them in Turkish they were 10/10. However, when the rest of the group tried to get anything done, they used English of course, it was very very hard to communicate. Further, we thought there was a dedicated smoking area in the hotel, therefore we brought our hookah with us, however, the reception said they don’t have such facility and rejected our request. There is a wee terrace in the restaurant floor, but they didnt grant us access to that. Light in the bathroom was not really great, made it hard to use the mirror. Breakfast buffet is pretty limited but does the job.

+ Brilliant location , easy access to metro and plenty of restaurant options within walking distance.
− While the hospitality was appreciated, the breakfast experience was disappointing for me. The scrambled eggs were often soggy, vegetarian options were lacking, fried eggs / omelettes were not offered and the bread was stale throughout my stay.

Great location and reasonably priced
+ Excellent location next to Taksim Square. Good for metro and general sightseeing in the city. Hotel staff very good and excellent breakfast.

Overall I was happy and I don’t mind coming again.

− The exhaust fan in the toilet was broken. The AC system is centralized can’t switch between heating and cooling.
