Very spacious and comfortable rooms and truly helpful staff. Just needs some additional maintenance of communal areas.

− The entrance hall and food areas were not very well equipped and maintained. There was only a very small restroom that was constantly not very clean possibly because it was heavily used and not so often cleaned. Breakfast was decent but lacked healthier options.

great stay

+ really nice rooms and provided breakfast. had washing machines and cool features within the room. they also had robots to send up deliveries to the room, very convenient!

− the mattress in the loft room was way too firm and we had to ask for more mattress to be added on top to make it softer.

Really great hotel

+ The property was great! Convenient location. The room was so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the hospitality was amazing. Chen checked us in and she was so so lovely and professional she’s very good at her job and was pleased to speak to. Our booking had the option for late checkout which was amazing as our flight was at 12pm and they allowed us to store our bags which was great, Zhu Hexuan was very good and put our bags in the storage area as well as retrieved them quickly and efficiently once we arrived back. Zhu and the other staff are very good at their jobs, polite and pleasant to interact with, it was a great experience for us to stay here.

− Smell of smoke in 2 different locations in hotel hallways (customers fault not staff we know that) it’s common in Chinese hotels but it didn’t last long and didn’t happen enough to bother us. The hotel name, for English customers the name is the same as another hotel close by so can get confusing, use the address not the name, the hotel name on the building is called Dequan Shanshui hotel

Value for Money - Good Overall

+ Breakfast seems very Good. There were international dishes too. Tasty and spread seems good. Specially my small daughter enjoyed a lot the fruits and rest.

− Hotel name appear in Booking seems wrong. So, finding taxi went difficult. Location seems bit noisy but places to have foods were there a lot.

− 2 Hotels with the same name are sometimes confused by locations on apps double check street addresses,if using Didi or other transportation services. No restroom on 1st Floor Lobby.
