Very comfortable, modern hotel close to major attractions

The location, close to Raffles hotel and Little India and Muslim quarters, helpful, courteous staff, a delicious, plentiful Breakfast, spacious room, wonderful view from the room On the 35th floor and from The bar on the 39th floor. The staff allowed me to use shower facilities before my flight in the evening. My room was very quiet. A receptionist has found me a room to extend my stay when I arrived at the hotel at 8 am ( midnight in Poland) and was exhausted after a 14.5 hour long flight.

The minor issue was that my suitcases , which I left in storage for couple of hours , had a wrong name on the tags. Fortunately there was no problem in getting my suitcases back.

Frontline service used to be better at Andaz

The rooms are spacious. The hotel location is excellent, in close proximity to many eateries and a direct connection to Bugis MRT Downtown Line.

This was our 4th stay at Andaz. We booked a suite for 2 adults and 2 children but reservations staff were not able to guarantee an extra bed until after check-in. They could have done a better job of reassuring by not throwing the tired ‘subject to availability’ line especially at regular guests like us.

Andaz Hitel wax good value for money, well located and had everything we needed.

The hotel has great facilities and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

Not really a fault but the pedestrian entrances to the hotel are difficult to find. We arrived on the MRT from the airport and it took us a while to find the concierge in level 2 and then reception on level 25. It would have been good to receive clear directions from the hotel before arrival .

Comfortable stay

I liked that the room was quite and the bed was comfortable. Also, the guests lounge was a nice touch to get drinks.

Somehow I did not like the property much. The layout of the hotel was complicated. I never really felt like I wanted to hangout there. The location is not the best as a tourist. While at the pool, there was a constant smell of food, I think this was due to the extractors from the kitchen which you could also hear. I didn’t enjoy staying in the pool area for long. However in general the hotel was good

Fantastic hotel with great roof top bar

Fantastic hotel with great roof top bar. Real useful metro station under hotel made it easy to get around Singapore.

Very comfortable.

We loved the roof top bar and buffet breakfasts. The location was great to explore the city and the cultures within it.

They could have told us by signing up to the Hyatt club we would save 10% on breakfast and 20% on the rooftop meals.

Short and busy, Oceanarium on Sentosa is amazing

Perfect location for raffles and to explore the old
quarter and excellent access to Bugis MRT for exploring
the rest of the island

Very high standards maintained - would recommend and return!

We were very impressed with this hotel, it was even better than we had hoped! Highlights included: a meticulously clean suite which was serviced each day with thought (e.g. not throwing away things we were still using), an incredible view of the city, a fabulous rooftop pool open good hours each day, staff who offered solutions rather than excuses whenever we needed something, free soft drinks from the minibar each day and snacks from the snack room, great location, great shower, nice bar and food on the top floor. I could go on!

The only slight issue we had was not being able to find the right place to check in. There are so many entrances on different floors that it is a little confusing, but that's not a big deal. I found the room air con a little cold and would've preferred to be able to have some fresh air from a small window - but I get that this isn't really possible in such a high tower block.
