Pleasant, comfortable stay overall a nice room, lovely pool and good breakfast
+ Good location, pool outlook and size was good, room styling and breakfast restaurant design was nice modern scandi, lots of pool seating - sun beds, many breakfast selections.
− Sadly already looking tired and worn around pool glad we did not book a pool off balcony room as the saloon doors did not seem that private with some rusting/breakages and water pool edges looked to be very dirty, a bit of fence paling in the pool to hold up wood falling of a over pool bridge just a shame to not maintain. Odd entry from reception to pool area with a big vent I think from kitchen to walk past as well as the grease trap smell to walk past to to get to room and breakfast.

Excellent service, great facilities, and unforgettable memories.
+ The room and pool were very clean. Perhaps because it was the rainy season, there were fewer crowds, which allowed us to enjoy the pool even more. The pool access room was an excellent choice for our family, as it gave us easy access to the pool anytime. The staff were incredibly friendly and kindly accommodated our early check-in request. During our stay, it was my birthday, and we were pleasantly surprised to return to our room and find a birthday cake along with beautiful birthday decorations. It made our stay even more special and memorable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.
