+ Great location. Very convenient to food, shops and transpo. Clean and comfortable hotel room, they even have “pillow catalogue” that you could request and they will facilitate pillow of your choice. Some staff are friendly, some are ok. The breakfast buffet was ok but Not the best we had. I recommend and will stay here again, for convenient location.

Good stay, but feels 4 star instead of 5
+ Amazing and spacious rooms, very clean. Good staff and excellent location.
− Shower head in the bathroom didn’t work properly. Club lounge facilities weren’t that great (as a 5 star you would expect a separate reception, lounge offerings were also limited for the premium price paid). For Singapore being a ccountry with excellent food, the breakfast options were disappointing that too for a 5 star property, feels more 4 star.

− Missing hash browns one of the days - replacement not great. Fruit selection limited and it would be good to have a poached egg option.

Huge and well appointed rooms with great functionality. Close to MRT and a mall.
+ The room was big, and the bed was huge which I loved (my husband not so much haha). The location of the hotel is great, nice and close to an MRT station, and the pool area is nice, but could benefit from more beds and chairs for sure. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in for a well designed and very functional room. Breakfast was busy, but really good. There were so many options, literally something for everyone.
− I think that our room must have had a storage room or similar above it as it was a bit noisy first thing (kind of like furniture being moved across a floor), but it didn't bother me enough to complain about it. The pool are could have had more places to sit, but I really liked this hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel!
+ Absolutely loved this hotel. Amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, beds, pillows, linens. Seriously one of the best showers and deepest bathtubs I've ever experienced. Staff lovely. Nice pool.
