Not a very good place to stay. If staying keep moderate expectations.
+ Overall connectivity was good and was near to galata tower and many cafe's.However, the street where the property actually located is wholesale electrical market which makes the property experience budgetary instead of luxury.
− -Rooms extremely small with a big pillar in the centre of room. Feels very claustrophobic. - we had two rooms both had the same street view with wholesale market, not pleasant at all.

Relaxing stay in a lovely hotel
+ Lovely rooms, nice reception and breakfast room.
− No one checks shower gel top ups, we had to call multiple times for refills.

Check in was seamless with incredible concierge . Rooms were large and the best beds ever !!
+ Brilliantly located within walking distance to Galata bridge and the old town down the hill, Galata uphill, taksim uphill. All enjoyable walks . Decor and too. Size was exceptional at this price point . Shower was large with excellent pressure. Steamer for clothing and a great hairdryer plus robes on request . 5star boutique !

Would consider staying again but there is room for improvement

− Really not a good check in experience . Was staying for seven nights had booked a city view room.was taken to a room with a view of the building across the street.complained was taken to a room with half building half city.complained again Third time taken to a room with a fantastic view. Why could this not be done first time round? Breakfast is a bit mean. Extra charge for poached eggs or a cappuccino. No fresh juice. More fresh fruit diced and ready to eat. Not quick with replenishment.

− Rooms were too small , I paid extra for city view and was offered a room which had a huge piller just next to bed. Breakfast hardly had any variety and was charged for coffee coffee. Strange. It is not value for money for sure.
