Good customer service
+ The person who helped us carry our luggage to the room was the first smiling face we met at the hotel. We initially had a problem with the room smell , Sarath helped us find a better room for the duration of our stay. Special thank you to Rogi and the team.

+ Better than other hotels
− The bed mattress moves and does not seem to be properly secured. The water in the shower area does not drain properly because the shower floor is not level. As a result, water pools instead of flowing toward the drain.
