− The new drinking water in rooms system Now only giving one large glass bottle. We were 3 in a room and Dubai is HOT. we needed to keep asking for water. They only give one bottle and you have to give the old bottle back at the same time.

Hotel with good potential
+ A great place to stay. Decently neat and has a great looking executive suite.
− Staff barely seemed to interact during breakfast. Before they'd come to at least ask if we wanted coffee or tea. Now it's all DIY (Do it yourself). The jacuzzi in the executive suite is an amazing feature. However everytime we need to get it filled, drained, switched on or off, you need to contact Engineering and they're not always available at the time we call which makes it a hassle. Lastly and most importantly, the hotel really needs to look into their parking spaces. I scraped my car's side mirror because of how narrow the path is. And on top of that, the gate to scan your room key is away from the actual gate and the sign that instructs you to do so is so tiny that you would miss it. All in all, these are little issues which I'm pretty sure can be fixed if Management put their mind to it.
