Exceptional

+ Everything. As usual it was an exceptional stay. From the time I checked in the lady in the reception helped me upgrade my room providing the best rates, the rooms are clean, spacious, it has a small living area, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen area, washing machine and the room is really really nice. It’s the perfect place to stay with your family. Room service is quick to bring stuff to the room. The breakfast is good, the swimming area is clean and nice. All the hotel staff are smiling helpful and welcoming.

+ The rooms are very big and very clean with excellent furniture.The breakfast was excellent so many choices and hotel has great location , we liked everything about the property.The stuff was excellent and very helpful And smiling all the time so many thanks for the stuff specially the front desk. I’m happy about how Rotana take care of their customers

+ The hotel knows how to take care of their customers. Very supportive and understanding and very considerate.

− So my check-in was delayed for an hour as I had booked an interconnecting room and that room was not available at that time of check-in and I was free upgraded to a two bedroom suite city facing, but when I checked into the hotel, I saw that the glasses are fogged. I had to go back to the reception and again asked for a room change. I was then offered an executive suite on the 14th floor, but after 15 minutes, I was told that room is not available and I was shifted to a seventh floor room with pool facing which I was not happy about. on the same evening at the dinner table. I was having a dessert where a piece of foil came out of my mouth, and I was offered a free meal. then at the time of sleeping also, the AC was not cooling properly though the technician had visited twice. after all the mess have happened that day, the next day after breakfast I was offered a free upgrade to a three bedroom suite with late check-in at 6 PM and with family brunch. This was so unexpected but at the end my family was extremely happy and our joy was doubled. My two sons were extremely happy and delighted with the service that was given to us.

The first choice hotel

+ This hotel is my First Choice in Dubai. Recently renovated. Excellent facilities The staff the are serving in a professional and friendly manner. Thanks Mr Rabeea and all of your colleagues The breakfast is good same as the dinner as well. Very clean, thanks to the manager who added the value as a great leader for his team. The facilities are excellent, the kids loved the pool because the hight is about 120 to 140 cm.

Excellent Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement

+ We had a very pleasant stay. Special thanks to the reception team for the complimentary room upgrade. The apartment was exceptionally spacious, clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with excellent lighting, a large bathroom, and generally fast service.

− A few details could be improved: some lights were not working, no coffee machine was provided despite being shown in the photos, and the shower head needs replacement. The faulty iron also took two days to replace despite reporting it on the first day. More tissues and higher-quality toiletries from well-known brands would further enhance the experience. The main concern was late-night noise and loud music from the Lebanese restaurant, sometimes continuing past midnight, which can be disruptive for families.
