The location is good, the receptionists are good, cleaning stuff 0/10, Breakfast 2/10
+ The location is good and the room is not small exactly as the one on booking.
− The rooms are not clean, the cleaning staff is not professional, we told them many times to clean our room but no response they only arrange the bed and leave the dust on the table and floor, also we found a cockroach. The breakfast is 1/5, no variation we spent 10 days with same buffet and the egg is not boiled enough.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had 😑
+ Honestly, nothing
− Very disappointing experience. The staff was unprofessional, the service was terrible . The hotel does not match its rating at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.👎🏻👎🏻

hotel is in a good location in the Beyazit area, close to the Laleli-Üniversite tram stop and with many shops nearby.
+ The room was comfortable for the three of us. My 9-year-old son especially enjoyed the cartoon TV channels while relaxing in the evening
− the room was a bit dusty and we were sneezing before going to sleep
