− The bed was rock hard, the batbroom.was mouldly , no soap in the dispensers, had to ask a few times for toilet paper and bath towls. No shower screen

Not a pleasant experience to stay at this hotel. The only good thing was the location of this place is extremely conveni

− Staff is not very helpful. They try to rip you off in every way possible. Small things like to use microwave to warm milk, borrow cutlery or plates, borrow iron was refused. Toilets were smelly, Muslim showers were leaking and not fixed despite repeated requests. Cleanliness levels were extremely poor. Breakfast was very basic

− We get room with no street view it has window with view to other window. Also room has no lightning, it has only small additional lightings beside bedroom. Room is dark and too small

− The breakfast was not good, and the products were of poor quality. The towels smelled bad.

− No hospitality, bad linen, no daily towel replacement, no daily room service, poor lighting in the room, horrible bathroom, pathetic breakfast, no drinking water supplied,only two glass of water on check-in. Not worth the money paid.

+ I liked to much when i arived with my daughter at 10-30 in the morning they give at to me the room immediately.Thats first time in my life a hotel did it to me,always do it in check in time 14-00.And they give at to us a big room.Thank you very much im sure that i always going to your hotel in the future.
