Overall a very bad hotel

+ I have never posted before, but then again I have never walked out of a hotel as it was so poor. There was nothing I liked about this hotel, worst hotel ever stayed in.

− Shower was full of mould and dirty. My daughter had asthma and coughed for the few hours we stayed there until morning. The front of the air-conditioning unit was off and the whole unit was dirty and dusty. There were no remotes for T.V. We arrived at midnight and the card reader wasn't working, so I had to go out and find a cash machine was charged 45 euro, don't know if that was the whole amount or just the night. When we were given the key to the room the person on reception gave us a large bundle of towels to take with us, they were hand towels which they expected us to use during stay. The door to the room was wide open when we got to it, which was a bit scary. I had booked a triple room, but got a small twin. It looked nothing like the pictures in booking.com. it is the room that they show, but that one must be putting on for show purposes. Very deceiving. We actually went out after we arrived and went to a restaurant and stayed there until 2am as we didn't want to be in the room. There was 1 power point between the 2 beds and a switch I assumed was for the light. It didn't work. Slept in our clothes on top of the bed and as soon as it was daylight, got up and went to a cafe, tried to book a new hotel, but couldn't get one on booking.com, it was showing there were no hotels, so get one through, hotels.com. My daughter told them we were checking out and gave back the key, we were then contacted by booking.com as they alleged we hadn't checked in and and were going to charge my card for not showing up.

The shower did not have doors water was going on the floor. The bedsheets and towels were dirty. The

Overall would not recommend.

− The sheets or towels weren't changed once during pur 3days stay even though they vacuumed the room once. Beds are very uncomfortable and sqeaky, along with pillows. Everything is pretty old, but we weren't expecting more for the price we paid. Although, they could have kept the place cleaner. Breakfast was repetitive and not very nice. I don't know if it was staff or someone else, but there were contant noises (tape pulling, walking up & down the stairs, cigarette smell) and loud voices heard during the night, often waking us up.

Great value for money with an excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable, bright rooms.

+ Overall, we had a very good stay and the hotel fully met our expectations for the price we paid. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The location was a big plus. The hotel is in a great area, and the metro station is only about a 5-minute walk away, which made getting around Istanbul very easy. There were just a couple of small downsides. The towels were not changed daily, and when we left the room slightly untidy in the morning, housekeeping did not tidy it up during the day. Despite these minor issues, considering the price, the hotel was excellent and offered great value for money. I would definitely recommend it, especially for its location and staff.

+ Amazing place, the location is fantastic, and more than fantastic is the Lolevy team workig on this property, specialy Aziz, and the owner/managing director, they are so atenciously.
