− **Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended** My experience with this property was extremely disappointing and completely different from what was advertised. 1. **The room and property were entirely different from the pictures** shown on the booking platform. 2. The room was **very small and extremely congested**, more like a closed partitioned space than a proper hotel room. 3. The **Google Maps location provided was incorrect**. I reached the wrong location and had to turn back to find the actual property. 4. The room and furniture were **not clean at all**. The bed, chair, and other areas had visible dirt and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. 5. There was **no proper support from the property manager/owner** when I needed clarification or assistance. 6. There was **no proper individual AC**. Instead, it appeared that a pipe/vent was connected to a single AC unit serving multiple rooms. 7. At **AED 200 per day**, the property is significantly overpriced. At a similar price, I could stay at a proper **3-star hotel** with much better facilities and service. 8. Overall, it was a **very poor and unpleasant experience**. 9. **Immediately after entering the property, I cancelled my booking** because the actual condition was completely different from what was advertised. However, I **did not receive my refund**. 10. I also received **no proper cancellation update or communication from the property owner**. 11. The overall setup gave me the impression of an **improperly converted/partitioned apartment rather than a legitimate hotel accommodation**. 12. **I would never recommend this property to anyone.** I strongly request **Booking.com to review this property and verify whether the accommodation accurately represents what is advertised on the platform**. Properties with misleading photos, inaccurate locations, poor hygiene, inadequate facilities, and no proper customer support should not be listed without proper verification.

− Do not book this stay. The photos are not of the actual property, and the staff lady will rudely admit that that they misled you intentionally. I contacted booking.com on the spot when I understood that this is a scam, I booked another property and left. Booking.com provided no refund, only a coupon worth half of my total payment.
