Normal, good if no better choice

+ The staff and the location and fair view

− Very narrow entrance to the parking, no toothbrush available, nor tissue. Also the rooms sizes is small compared to the pictures. Also there is no Lobby in the hotel, and the reception is on 7th floor only. And only one elevator.

− Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay and would not choose this hotel again. There were many inconveniences that made the experience uncomfortable. The electricity in the room only works when the key card is inserted, which means that when you leave the room, appliances such as the refrigerator stop working. Strangely, the kettle was placed on top of the fridge, which did not seem very practical. The shower area has no proper separation, so every shower leaves the entire bathroom floor wet. I also asked for separate trash bags for the bathroom and the room. The staff said they would provide them, but they never did. One of the biggest issues was the lighting at night. There were very bright lights coming from the TV and other devices. I never used the TV and asked if it could be turned off, but I was told this was not possible. As someone who is sensitive to light, especially while sleeping, this made the nights very unpleasant. Housekeeping is only done if you specifically request it each time, which was inconvenient. Sound insulation is also poor, and noise from other rooms was frequently noticeable.

Bad experience

+ The location is close to the city center by car, 5 minutes away.

− Overall, it was a bad experience. The room was not clean, and the shower was broken; once you took a shower, the water went everywhere. The room was in the basement. The staff was polite, but unfortunately, the overall experience was bad and not worth it.

+ Bed was fine and room was clean.

− The room lacked a window, and its walls were notably compact. Furthermore, the sound of flushing toilets from adjacent rooms was clearly audible.

Very Good

+ We had a mostly pleasant stay at the hotel. Additionally, Yusuf Bey personally took us to the bus station after our stay since we were unfamiliar with the city and didn’t know where to find transportation. Overall, we appreciated their prompt service and the owner's kindness.

− However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom — there was no hot water in the shower, and water wasn’t flowing from the hose. Fortunately, the hotel staff and the owner, Yusuf Bey, responded quickly and efficiently, promptly fixing the problem and installing a new shower.

Excellent and very good choice to stay in Trabzon

A home away from Home!

+ Great location close to Meydan, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Grocery with fresh produce nearby, cafes, bakery and public transportation. ideal for families who wish to explore the city. Staff is excellent, always available for help. Our suite was overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeoous, recently renovated so furniture is new and clean. They keep the place very clean with nice smell. Air condition in every room, works well. Big Fridge, stove to prepare breakfast or light meal .

− Other guests smoking in their room despite signs prohibitting smoking. Staff took care of this immediately though. In some cases when hotel got full, water pressure became week, but the staff immediately fixed it.
