comfortable, relaxing, great food.
+ Design: very beautiful and atmospheric. Breakfast: super nice and healthy. Location: right in the centre. Restaurant: very good food and great wine. Help with travel and info: very helpfull and friendly staff.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay
+ It's in a pretty good location. You can walk to just about everything. The hotel itself was great. Fun traditional theme, great restaurant onsite (seemed like one of the nicer spots in town). The staff were nice and helpful if gently prodded.
− Well, no elevator and all rooms are up the stairs. Not a super big deal. The WiFi connect system they were using was absurd. It wouldn't work for us at all. I think it was designed for asian vice north american phone services. Not sure why WiFi has to be that hard.

Overall, a great place to stay for our first visit to Almaty
+ The breakfast was excellent. A combination of interesting buffet items, and made to order eggs etc. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. The hotel decor was more interesting than most hotels.
− Room was a little small.

Fabulous stay in a very atmospheric Kazakh hotel
+ The staff and th Kazakh hospitality, definitely top notch. The design, ambience and art in the hotel was fabulous Great dinner experience in a super atmospheric restaurant. The rooms and beds were super comfortable. Great part of the city to walk around and find great coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.
− The door from the room and bathroom made a loud noise when shutting, needs to be addressed.

Vibey boutique hotel in the city!
+ The place was tastefully decorated. If you want to have the nomadic vibe, you should definitely stay here. The breakfast was decent, you had a good spread and then order ala carte local dish or breakfast. The food in their restaurant was quite tasty too!
− There are no elevators and there were power outages that occurred during our stay. It wasn't very long but it happened 2x i think.

A cozy stay with great breakfast
+ Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. Great attention to details. Would recommend everyone to stay here!
