+ * Pleasant staff, smooth check-in experience * Our stay was peaceful with no noisy, inconsiderate guests * Excellent location in the center, half block from metro station and supermarkets * Many restaurants nearby * Very large, bright room * Large wardrobe/closet * Small safe * Large window with both lace and blackout curtains * Excellent wi fi with fast upload/download speeds * Desk and chair * Mid-size refrigerator * Electric kettle, cups, tea and coffee * Aircon worked good and ran quietly * Comfortable bed with crisp, clean sheets and duvet * Two bedside tables, each with electrical outlets above them plus more outlets throughout the room * Large bathroom * Clean towels and bathmat * Proper shower cublicle which didn't leak water on the floor * Plenty of steaming hot water * Electrical outlet at the sink * Hairdryer Although we were quite satisfied with our stay, it's important to confirm some small issues mentioned in other reviews. The carpet in our room could've been vacuumed (hoovered) more thoroughly - it was clean but not entirely spotless upon check-in. Not a gamechanger at all for us, maybe so for some future guests. Some of the walls in our room were very thin, meaning you could hear all sorts of noise from the next room, including sounds from the bathroom. Also, water moving through the pipes was quite loud when flushing the toilet, showering or running water at the sink - this applied to our room and the room next to ours. These incidental noise issues are noteworthy but were fortunately infrequent enough during our stay. Note: Some rooms are located directly off the lobby/reception desk area - lucklily we were given a room on the level above.

− The hotel was booked for friends. The woman receptionist that was checking them in was rude, but the rest of the hotel stuff have been nice. The walls are too thin, the hotel need to improve noise insolation from other guests. The hotel did not charge my credit card at the check-in, and they said they cannot do it online, so, the hotel receptionist demanded cash...

Good

+ The location is good (even if it looks a bit remote, behind the buildings), very close to the city centre. The reception is 24/7 and the personnel is very nice. Also, the room is clean and you are given all the amenities, like I saw that many hotel in Armenia do.

− Every sound from the hallway is heard from the rooms, which was even worse given the fact that I had the room near the entrance.

Great location, but serious cleanliness issues

+ The hotel is budget-friendly, so we didn't have high expectations. It is in a fantastic, highly convenient location right in the center, and the rooms are quite spacious, featuring an AC and an electric kettle.

− However, our biggest disappointment was the cleanliness: the carpet clearly hadn't been vacuumed in a long time, we found someone else's hair in the bathroom, and the walls are very thin (we could clearly hear neighbors snoring). Additionally, we stayed for 5 nights, and the rooms were never cleaned or serviced once during our stay. Staff didn't seem very welcoming. If you value hygiene and cleanliness, I do not recommend this hotel. It might be bearable for just a single night or two if location is your only priority, but definitely not for a longer stay.

Pleasant

+ Lokalita v centru, výkonná klimatizace. Bezproblémový check-in a velmi vstřícná obsluha na recepci, která nám vytiskla boarding pasy.

− Na pokoji byl cítit kouř možná ještě z dob, kdy se zde smělo kouřit, jelikož byl cítit i po vyvětráni.
