The most wonderful hotel for your vacation
+ First and foremost, the overall impression of the hotel was shaped by the staff who surrounded us. From the moment we arrived — when someone from the hotel came out to meet us, opened the taxi door, took our belongings, and escorted us to the reception — to the small details, such as the greetings from any member of the hotel staff. The check‑in process was excellent — a big special thank you to Chan. He conveyed everything very politely, pleasantly, and accessibly. He truly seemed interested in helping us make the most of the experience the hotel offers and ensuring our stay was wonderful. His attention to detail was also top‑notch. He congratulated me and my wife on our current and upcoming birthdays, as we went on a trip to celebrate our holidays. The room is very clean and beautiful, with a wonderful view from the window. There are no unpleasant odors, and it was always a pleasure to return to the room, as the cleaning staff really knows their job. The pool and the surrounding area are clean and neat; it’s very quiet and pleasant to go out and swim, sit on the sofa in the evening, or simply take a walk around the hotel grounds. The gym has excellent equipment that’s suitable for absolutely any type of workout. They provide towels, and there’s water inside. Everything you need to have a great workout during your vacation. Breakfast offers a great variety of dishes. It wasn’t just that they gave you one yogurt — there were as many as 4–5 options, and it was the same with all the dishes. It was very tasty. Overall, the staff showed a kind of personal approach. They remembered you in the mornings. Even before you gave your room number, they addressed you by name and seemed to greet you personally and wish you a good morning. It was very pleasant to see that the staff treats each guest so attentively. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience.
