+ I like its location and that it is spacious

− There was a little bit of smell in the kitchen cabinets

Just live in Abu Dhabi and enjoy life

+ The apartment is in a great location. Everything is very close by—cafes and various services—and it’s easy and convenient to call a taxi. I also like the interior design

− the only thing I didn't like was the poor soundproofing.

Nice place to stay either for short or long

+ Clean tidy studio, fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils to cook . Nice and quiet part of the building, overlooking the pool and no direct sun exposure.

− A mop would be useful as there is only a vacuum cleaner for the floors

− Poorly furnished, cleaning comes at an extra cost, but they don't make cleaning equipment available. Painting needs to be checked

+ Located in a clean and calm area, service, supermarket and restaurants meters away.

− At peak times, the sound of planes overhead can be annoying.

+ The apartment was basically furnished but clean. Staff on the front desk always very polite & cheerful

− Communication was poor once we got to 24hours before check in. Good Communication on booking. But not whilst awaiting door codes

A pleasant and safe stay on Yas Island :)

+ They enabled us an earlier check-in, because of our arrival time. That was very accommodating - Thank you very much! Everything that was listed and everything we needed was available in the apartment. We felt very safe, comfortable and welcome!

− The apartment is very close to the airport, so it was often a bit noisy when the door was open. The air conditioning cleaning could have been improved. A sunshade on the balcony would have been nice too.

+ Great location. Close to airport, and Yas Mall, and water taxi to go to Yas Bay Waterfront.

− The apartment looks quite tired with stains on the walls, especially the bathroom area with leaks and stains. Our expectations were much higher given some of the previous reviews, the photos, and the price you pay. I would not rate this as a 4 star property.

Ideal location to attend events on Yas Island.

+ Easy to reach from the airport. Well equipped and comfortable. The remote assistance did an excellent job and delivered a very good check in experience.

− It is located on flights route and close to the airport so aircrafts pass by quite often in a very noisy fashion just before landing. People probably get used to it over time but this is worth mentioning.
