Nice, clean, not far from the centre

+ Nice hotel, nice landlord. Hotel is literally round the corner from Ararat destillery, very near bus station and Genocide museum. It is about 20 minute walk to city centre. Good wi-fi.

− Not enough space for hanging clothes as there is no wardrobe.

+ The location is great, and it's near to the city center and there is supermarket near Alexi is very helpful and nice person .

− The breakfast style it's not cool because same every day ,the hotel expensive around 45$ per night it's too much .

+ Pros: Feels safe like home & trustful business. I believe some guests stay for a long term. The Administrator is there for smooth fast check-in & meet your needs. Location is in a quiet neighborhood to relax well 5-10 minutes drive to the busy downtown area. 5 min walk to the main Stadium and bus stop. 10 min walk to Dalma Mall. Beautiful double bed, clean bedsheets and all hygiene goods are provided. Overall, it's good for day stay with spacious lounge common areas, beatiful garden, pictures & frescas. Armenian vibes in modern interpretation. But challenging to sleep there.

− Perhaps I wasn't lucky with the room choice with last minute booking. The room was overlooking to the North, awful humidity in the bathroom and in the room, hasn't been aired for a long while. Rust shower cabin which either needs professional vapor cleaning or change. The mattrass was too hard to sleep on, probably it needs soft mattrass cover. I couldn't get sleep at night, coz no soundproofing or noise insulation, even glass doors letting light from the lounge get in. When neighbors use bathroom or need water or are ill and coughing non-stop, you feel like all this is happening in your room. Plus, noisy check-ins at night. Probably wooden floors, coz when they slam doors downstairs all night long, your bed is shaking upstairs. At least, hotel should have silent hours policy at night. At 7 am active noisy works started in the building, probably in the kitchen and at 9am on Sunday the worker started knocking on my door and brought me breakfast in plastic serving without coffee/tea. Never saw a hotel with 9am waking up call without a prior request. So, no chance to sleep there 😁😎

+ What I liked most was the attitude of the staff. They were consistently kind, attentive, and professional, and their positive behavior created a welcoming and supportive environment.

− The cleanliness of the bathroom did not meet expectations, and the breakfast provided was very limited and could be improved in terms of variety and quality.

+ It had great location near Ararat museum and destilery. It was up on the hill but with a nice view on the city Jerevan. Nit far was the shopping mall and small shops with food.

− It was smelly - bathroom was smelly the most, no cleaning during 5 days of our stay.

Quite location with spacious comfortable room made for a very restful stay on our road trip.

+ Great location . Quiet . Breakfast delivered to room in polystyrene container . A novel and a good way to deliver that service without a formal dining room . Hat' s off . The breakfast itself was just right . All in all ( with a discount ) this was good value comfortable stay . Big bed in a spacious room . Roof terrace a bonus . Would go back .

+ It’s quite silent area for family it’s a great bathroom very big.balcony was excellent nice view from rooftop.we booked including breakfast and morning we received food with parcel boxes .so if anyone thinking breakfast it mean in the boxes not like buffet.all over it’s good
