+ Room was nice

− No wifi, no hot water and rude staff

+ The location is perfect 👌. Rooms are large well decorated modern and clean.

− The service level is poor. Communication is almost 0 at breakfast if you do not speak Turkish except with the reception where they do communicate in English. The breakfast is imposed no choice at all. If you ask anything different you will not get. The biggest issue is communication and that the personal in charge of breakfast do not speak or understand any other language than Turkish. If you ask for a second coffee for example you will not get it. There are cats everywhere. Their population is out of control and they are not domestic cats anymore they are getting wild and are starving. That's below any hotel standards I have seen and I am travelling a lot. There is no ironing table and iron available in the rooms.

+ Location is the best, breakfast and the breakfast area amazing

− Cleaning was so bad, the cleaning lady doesnt clean at all. The loud noise of the room doors closing, the doors slam shut and that makes u not sleep well.

The hotel was nice enough, however we would never stay in room 401 again and would prefer a hotel with more of a functio

+ Nice aesthetic, good location and friendly staff.

− Poor facilities; No waiter service by the pool and a barely stocked/functioning bar. Woken up by 7am every morning due to the significant noise from the kitchen directly next door to our room. Strong smell of sewage/fish in the bedroom despite daily room cleans.

Horrible, dirty ghost hotel.

+ Nothing was positive unfortunately

− Dirty floors, uncleaned sofa with huge stains on. Breakfast was the worst ever. No buffet, no options of anything whatsoever. Not even coffee or tea to choose from. We got tea , 1 boiled egg each, bread, bit of cheese and tomatoes. Everything was pre sliced and ready in advance in the plates served from windowsill by the lady with no front tooth and no English. At the Room electricity was disappearing around 3 times every night and heating was turning off , was cold to sleep. Walls and windows in the room was getting wet (condensation) due to lack of heating during the night.

Short but good

+ Good location, walking distance to marina. Staff is super nice.

− Breakfast is a little boring, because it is the same everyday.

+ The location and the scale of it. It was perfect for a group of us too book together.

− Room 401, it is between all the facilities and I feel they shouldn't offer it. Cats during breakfast.

Gorgeous hotel ,friendly staff..

+ The property was lovely and peaceful, breakfast was included too which was great. Very friendly staff but too many stray cats about ..

− Cats at breakfast time around the tables … Sorry but I’m not a cat person 🙁

+ The location was great in yalikavak but far 30 min. From main bodrum city The staff were so kind The room was clean and so comfortable The view is speechless 😍😍😍😍❤️
