هتل Yakut Hotel

Fine for the amount you pay

+ Great location close to the Havaist bus stop to/from IST airport. Reception staff lovely (although see other comments regarding reception itself). Breakfast downstairs was plentiful. Air con amazing

− Checking in not clear, reception and check-in is actually at a nearby hotel but no information I had showed that, so I slogged upstairs with my luggage before coming back down and asking a cleaning lady where reception was. The shower was bad. Room 704 had a fair bit of street noise

Pleasant

+ The location is excellent. The Blue Mosque and the city center is within a short walk and there were many restaurants nearby. The front desk was very supportive. I liked my room.

− Unfortunately, after showering the water pooled in the tray, so I had to stand in it and it still stayed till morning. The toliet was leaking. The view from the window was depressing.

Interesting

+ Near Sulltan Ahmed

− Vera dificullt lokacion fir People old and disability

The location was very good, but the room could be improved.

+ The location was very good!

− The bathroom was not in the best condition, and we didn’t have hot water for almost an hour on the first night. The bed sheet was torn.

Pleasant

+ Lovely staff, great breakfast and good value

− Was very close to the guests who were noisy and it was very hot when other rooms turned on their heating

Rooms felt a little neglected. By doing these small repairments the hotel could charge a lot more:)

+ Very nice and helpful staff, good breakfast, good location.

− Desperately needs repair works in bathrooms. In first room toilet was broken. Then we got another room but still problems in bathroom. Towel racks were falling off the wall, faucet was braking off the sink. In the room refrigerator needs replacement (door was rusty).

Cozy and great location

+ Breakfast is delicious and with a lot of variety. The staff is very welcoming, nice and helpful. Excellent location

− Some aspects of the room could be improved.

Very Good

+ کارکنان خوش‌برخورد

− The rooms look nothing like in the pictures. Dirty bedsheets, very small bathrooms and we even found a flea in bed

Lovely relaxing time would recommend any day.

+ Lovely comfortable bed, the Staff could not have been more helpful with any issues we had and went out of their way to organise a breakfast for us on the last day as we were leaving to the airport early

− Kettle was broken (was replaced) shower head holder was broken and there was nothing holding the top of the towel rail (missing bracket), the only other issue was the brain in the sink leaking water in the cabinet which was very wet. all reported and hopefully getting fixed.

Pleasant

+ Food very tasty
