Excellent
+ The room and food was great. Whole hotel was very clean and facilities were great
− Housekeeping should get more training. They often forgot dirty utensils in the room, and when I investigated one of the housekeeper mentioned she cleans the utensils in bathroom . They don’t take utensils in kitchen and clean in dishwasher. I found this unhygienic as I stayed with my toddler who would take the dirty utensils

Amazing! I will definitely recommend to family and friends and will definitely come again.
+ The property was great. It had great breakfast, staff were so nice and friendly. I loved they had their own private beach with activities and the jacuzzi which was warm next to the swimming pool. Everything was great!

Nice rooms, decent breakfast and really bad wellness area
+ The room was big and spacious, as was the bath room, with everything that comes with a 5 star hotel. The staff at the breakfast was really friendly. The breakfast was good, although you can't expect decent croissants or donuts here.
− The wellness area is really bad. Don't go here for the wellness. It consists of a really small sauna (just big enough for 2 people) that doesn't get warm because the draft under the door. There are no timers of thermometers. The steam bath is a bit better. You have to turn both rooms on yourself, but as soon as you do that, staff comes along to make sure they don't stay on too long. There is no resting area.

Perfect stay. Highly recommend it.
+ Everything was exceptional. The room is clean and perfect. I also spent time in the gym and swimming pool, and it was a great experience.
− The coffee from CREMA café does not taste good. The coffee is burnt and overpriced and not worth it. I have tried Chemex (dripped coffee, and hazelnut vanilla shaked) they both don’t taste good.
