Prima hotel voor op doorreis

+ Ontzettend mooie, grote kamer, soort appartement en vrij nieuw. Uitstekende bedden. Je kunt tot laat in de avond eten bestellen voor op de kamer. Vriendelijk personeel. Rustige ligging.

+ Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, où tout était parfait dans l’ensemble. La chambre était agréable, propre et confortable, et l’établissement répondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Le seul petit bémol concerne le personnel. J’ai demandé à deux reprises un étendoir pour faire sécher du linge. À chaque fois, on m’a répondu « OK », en me disant que cela allait être fait, mais je n’ai finalement jamais eu de retour ni l’étendoir demandé. J’aurais simplement apprécié qu’on me tienne informé, même si la demande ne pouvait pas être satisfaite. Mis à part ce petit problème de suivi, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons été très satisfaits de l’hôtel.

Déception générale de l’établissement. Mauvais entretien de l’hôtel et emplacement loin de tout

+ La récente ouverture de l’hôtel ! La piscine. La chambre grande et fonctionnelle. Le surclassement d’une chambre car notre chambre n’était pas prête.

− Le fait que les chambres ne soient pas prêtes à notre arrivée à 18h alors que nous avions informé l’hôtel à la réservation de notre arrivée à 15h. Le fait que nous avions réservé 2 chambres non fumeurs et que nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre empestant le tabac . Le fait que le ménage n’était pas fait à notre installation dans la chambre alors qu’il nous avait été assuré que les chambres étaient PRÊTES ! Batterie de cuisine INEXISTANTE dans les placards.

Visited with my family, 13 of us, we all would love to come back next year.

+ Everything is new and clean. I would recommend the suite, it is really comfortable and has a lot of space.

− The breakfast area was a bit small and crowded, and the food options could be expanded in my opinion.

+ New building equipment. This makes clean ambiance

− Location is so far you need a taxi any time you want to go out. If you dont have a car dont stay there. The area is under construction. You can not walk easily. I changed my reservation from 6 to 2 nights only. There was no dishes or glasses to use in the kitchen of the suite i reserved and which was noisy. The pool is too small. Fitness club without oxygen. Also the manager in the reception was not respectfull person. He is a Big lier. He tried to get supplementary money, from me and from booking because i changed my stay. This look likes a building residence more than hotel.

Disappointing

− La localisation, le mauvais fonctionnement des équipements, beaucoup de malfaçon.

Zeer comforabel en schoon.

+ Zeer schone hotel, badkamer, toiletten, bedden. Alles is zeer schoon en comfortabel. Vriendelijk personeel en alle faciliteiten aanwezig. Top accomodatie.

− De afstand tot centrum is werkelijk ver. Als ik nog een minpunt moet benoemen, dan is het dat niermand je naar je kamer begeleidt.

Amazing & very comfortable ، gym 😍

+ exceeded all my expectations. Incredible service, pristine cleanliness, Mountain View’s and delicious food throughout our stay. The staff made us feel truly welcomed from the moment specially Ali 😍 we checked in. Special thanks to [Ali / ladies at reception ] for making our holiday so memorable. The room was remarkably spacious—much larger than expected and fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.We will definitely be back!

− the hotel location is isolated from everting . We needed taxi each time we need to go out as the hotel is far away from main shops
