Pleasant
− The property feels a little dated. Some of the furniture and facilities could use an update, and the surrounding area was not as appealing as expected. With some refurbishment and improvements to the surroundings, the overall guest experience could be much better.

Good
+ Clean & location
− The hotel was generally good, but I was disappointed with the receptionist’s behavior. He charged me around 1,000 Baht for a stained bedsheet, which I believe was unreasonable and unacceptable. His attitude was unprofessional and the way he handled the situation was poor. This negatively affected my overall experience.

Nice hotel, we came back few times.
+ Nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Good location, big rooms, not too expensive, nice staff in the reception.
− I was disappointed that we didn't get any help with the luggage, and I was with little kids and old people. We needed this help, and I asked, but the receptionist told me that there is no option to help. Also, the rooms didn't felt so clean. The floor were dirty, I felt it with my foot.
