+ We are very happy with our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and always welcoming. The hotel has a great location, with everything close by, and there are plenty of facilities and activities for both adults and children. The food was tasty. The rooms and the whole hotel area were clean and the atmosphere was very relaxed and enjoyable. The pools and aquapark are a big bonus, especially for families with children. We had a wonderful holiday here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We would happily come back again!

+ An excellent hotel in a beautiful location! It is the ideal destination for families with young children, as the water slides offer endless hours of fun. The room was spotless and very well-kept. As for the food, both the meals and the desserts were delicious, with a great variety for every taste. Special mention goes to the entire staff — from reception and housekeeping to the porter — for their kindness, willingness to help, and flawless service. Huge congratulations to everyone, we hope to return in the future!

Fabulous hotel for families in a great location

+ Great location! Perfect for families. We got a lovely plate of fruit, nuts and a bottle of Rosé in our room. The pools are lovely and our sons (14, 10) had a fab time on the waterslides! The Spa is lovely for a massage/facial. The main pool bar staff are great!

− We loved it overall. We were maybe lacking information on some of the activities that we only got towards the end of the holiday. But we'll definitely go back there!!

− Indoor facilities weather was not warm enough to use pool in early part of stay not much to keep kids entertained indoors.

+ The hotel's greatest asset is its staff. I really loved the pool bar and grill. The guys working there are so friendly. I absolutely loved the pizza, which they make there, and the grilled fish. Very large, clean and comfortable rooms.

+ When I booked White Olive Marine Aquapark on Kos, I was expecting a 4-star family paradise. And to be fair, the first 5 days actually delivered some great family memories. My 5-year-old daughter was absolutely living her best life between the Kids Club and the epic waterslides. If you are just looking at the surface, the aquapark vibes are definitely there. But as a mom traveling with a 1-year-old, my perspective shifts completely. You start seeing the world from the ground up—and let me tell you, what I saw beneath the surface at this hotel was shocking. Let’s talk about the pool area first. Yes, the slides are fun, but the main pool was constantly full of sand, and the surrounding area was genuinely dirty. Why? Because there are barely any trash cans around! For a resort packed with families, that is just basic management failure. Moving on to the rooms: at first glance, they look nice and modern. But once my 1-year-old started crawling around, the illusion shattered. The cleanliness is simply not up to standard. We actually had to request an extra deep-clean of the bathroom because of black mold spots in multiple places (and honestly, I bet those spots are still there today). But the absolute breaking point? I caught my baby crawling into the wardrobe, only to find exposed, loose nails/screws sticking out inside it. Unacceptable. A total safety hazard for toddlers. But the real kicker happened after we checked out. They say the eye can deceive you, and boy, did the All-Inclusive food buffet deceive us. We are now sitting here, 5 days after our stay, and my entire family has been hit with constant vomiting, diarrhea, and high fevers ever since we left the island. What seemed like a decent buffet turned out to be a total health hazard. Rating: 1.5/5 Stars ❌

− The Verdict: While the older kids will love the slides, the lack of hygiene, unsafe room maintenance, and severe food poisoning risks make this hotel a hard pass for me. If you are traveling with babies or toddlers, do not risk it. White Olive, you need to seriously step up your health, safety, and cleaning protocols.

− For the meat lovers I would say the hotel could improve a bit. But the others dishes compensates. The kids club could improve a little bit with daily activities.
