+ Location is really good, and breakfast was ok. Cleaning ladies were nice, always polite and smiling.

− I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip, in the beginning for several days and then for just one night, right before my departure on the next day. And this last day was a disaster. Something went wrong with keys system, so the stuff didn’t provided us with the keys, they accompanied everyone to their rooms and opened it with master key. Girl from the reception repeated this when we returned from the dinner. But master key didn’t work on my room, and note that time was around 23:00 at that moment and at 7:00 in the morning I need to go to the airport. She tried several keys and none worked. After that she asked a security guy to call somebody, bring the tools and open the door. And he tried for more than an hour. And thanks to him and other stuff a finally got into my room. But a had one hour less to rest and was quite stressed. Meanwhile nobody apologized to me, or provided me with new room while I was waiting. Girl from reception just left me on my own and went to chat with other customers about their trip and look at the photos. And in the morning during check out I still didn’t receive any apologies. Instead the same girl was not friendly at all. She was just staring and said “money?”, and when I told her I’ve already payed in advanced she just kept staring at me, until I opened app and showed her payment info. So in the end, this one last day complete ruined my first impression of this hotel. Don’t recommend staying here.

Worst experience in our life

+ Location is pretty much good

− That was a nonsense that the administrator doesn’t understand and hence can’t speak English at all. I tried to translate some main words into Russian as sometimes it works in Georgia but it didn’t help at all. The door lock system was broken during our stay and we couldn’t open our room. We were lucky some technicians were there, they speak Russian so they had to work as translators. But we needed to ask stuff to open our room every time we needed to come in. Apart from that this girl seemed very rude and continuously stared at the phone. We’ve got a room with an open shower, so all the water was on the floor and there is no way to prevent it. This construction seems pretty odd. It also was very noisy as there is a road and a restaurant with loud live music, it was pretty hard to sleep with an open window. At the same time it was hot to close it and the air conditioning worked loudly, and I couldn’t find the proper temperature as it was very cold. Noise at the hotel depends on your neighbours, but there is no soundproof and you literally hear everything going on outside the room. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel

A very comfortable and pleasant stay!

+ Everything was great! The room was very comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage space both in the room and in the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel, including for longer stays. Highly recommended!

Wouldn't stay again at even half price

+ Room was clean and modern. Staff was friendly.

− Sewage smell in bathroom. Smoke smell in room and hall from neighbor. Noise from street and neighbor. Power outage at 3am during checkout and they had no way to verify I already paid.

+ The location is convenient, very close to Shota Rustaveli Avenue. The hotel is located next to the Dry Bridge and on walking distance to Freedom Square. The staff are helpful and welcoming.

− The breakfast is very basic with limited variety. Coffee machines should be added.
