Incomparable Hotel Apartments - Excellent against the value
+ Prime location, affordable rate comparing to the units size, good and cleaned furniture, very friendly staff
− The parking access must be through only the security, sometimes you need multiple follow up for your request, some floors are noisy due to mechanical services

It’s a very relaxing and lovely place for us and we always recommend this hotel for a stay. Home away from home.
+ We like the hotel because of the location, the rate of their room and the cleanliness, and the approachable and kind staff especially Ms. Grace from the reception.
− What we don’t like is that one of their FOH staff told us about the confidential issues of the hotel without us asking it. So what is his purpose of sharing that confidential issue of the hotel to other guest who are not involved and who don’t ask for it.

It was over all good and valued for money
+ The staff Ms Grace was very friendly. I was checked in on time. As I booked two rooms, She tried everything to accommodate my request of an adjacebt room.
− The kitchen soecifically the stove is not working eventhough i reported it already but nothing was done. And the other room’s aircon was malfunctioning.
