Excellent value for money
+ Great location, room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Excellent value for money.
− We had to contact reception every day to get pool towels - last time we stayed. They were easily accessible! It was just a pain to wait for security to come and issue 2 towels

A wonderful, comfortable, and memorable family stay with excellent hospitality, a great location.
+ An Excellent and Memorable Stay at West Walk Retaj Hotel I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at West Walk Retaj Hotel with my family. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcomed and comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, with many beautiful cafés and restaurants nearby. The area has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I would especially like to recognize some of the wonderful staff members who made our stay even more special: • Aisha from Reception was exceptionally respectful, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. Her professionalism and warm attitude made a great impression on me. • Mousa from Security, who was always at the hotel entrance, was very respectful, welcoming, and helpful. His friendly presence was greatly appreciated. • Reezani, the luggage helper, was always available and ready to assist whenever needed. His helpfulness and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. • Sharifa from Housekeeping was also wonderful. She was always helpful, attentive, and maintained a high level of care and service throughout our stay. Overall, my stay at West Walk Retaj Hotel was comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable for both me and my family. The location, atmosphere, nearby restaurants and cafés, and especially the wonderful staff made our experience truly memorable. A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Aisha, Mousa, Reezani, and Sharifa, for their excellent service and hospitality. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return again in the future. Highly recommended!
− Honestly, there was very little to dislike. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.
