− La première nuit on nous attribué une chambre sans balcon alors que j'avais réservé avec balcon. Nous avons pu changer pour une chambre avec balcon dès le lendemain.

+ The staff that assisted me from the very first day was so patient and so approachable. Some of the staff is so friendly and so welcoming. The room was upgraded to deluxe when i arrived and i get a chance to meet my family back here in dubai, getting a chance to use the other facilities . Even thou i paid 50 aed per head , for my family visitor i can say its worth it. Thank you for making my vacation memorable .for a short period of time. I wanna stay until my last stay here in dubai but unfortunately they said they don't have availability til 31st of january even regular room as they are fully booked. I highly reccomend this place!
− There is issues on door key card, gas is not working all of a sudden. In between of night there is always short circuit even i didnt use much of appliances. Wifi is kinda bit slow.

− Good room size, good price and full size kitchen (there were some issues with kitchen equipment and washing machine last stay, though it is usually good)
