Exceptional

+ We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well, including the hot shower and AC. The staff were super nice and helpful. We arrived before check-in time and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. Since we arrived while breakfast was still being served, they kindly allowed us to have our breakfast that day instead of the next morning. This was very helpful because we had to leave early the next morning and otherwise would not have been able to have breakfast. The hotel also has a nice terrace with a view of the city where you can relax. Tea and hot and cold water are available for guests throughout the day. The hotel is in a peaceful area of the city, and we would happily stay here again.

− Doors and walls were totally non sound proof. It was noisy all the time, we could hear another guests showering or just walking on the hallway.

Great place for a short stay

+ Small but efficiently run hotel. They arranged an airport pickup as I arrived at 4am. The hotel is a little tricky to find the first time (especially in the dark) so I appreciated the convenience of the pickup. Everything was nice and clean. Room was nice and cold, and shower was strong and hot as I like it. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff are excellent - always helpful and very kind!!

− A little far from the old town and Tashkent center but Yandex is so cheap and easy to find so it really doesn’t matter!!

+ It is clean, suitable for short stay. Staff is welcoming. Distance to the main attraction, but taxi easy to use.

Very Good

+ The hotel is new and fresh, beautiful decor, and everything is clean and tidy. The furniture is brand new, and the bed linen and towels are crisp, spotless white. They even provide bathrobe, though I didn't really need it. The bed was very comfortable - firm and spacious. The water pressure was great, with no issues regarding cold or hot water. The staff is lovely, very helpful, and always happy to answer questions or give recommendations. Even during the booking stage, they were quick to respond to messages. It’s located relatively close to both the train station and the airport, which comes in handy when hailing a taxi during peak hours. Breakfast exceeded my expectations - it was delicious, varied, and offered a wide selection. It wasn't just basic fare like toast, ham, and cheese; there were home-style cooked dishes as well. During my 2 days stay, the hot options didn't repeat once. My room was right next to the terrace exit, so I was worried it might be noisy, but it was quiet and possible to sleep at night. 🙂

− The window of the economy single room opens into the hallway, so there is no way to air out the room or enjoy fresh night air while sleeping. There is only one available power socket (besides the one used for the TV).
