− Frustrating experience overall. While the building itself is nice and the apartment is cozy (ok for one person), the constant minor issues made the stay far less enjoyable than expected. I stayed for a few weeks and chose this place mainly because of the building’s gym, which is pretty good. However, during my stay, several problems kept occurring. The electronic lock malfunctioned multiple times, leaving me unable to enter the apartment and forcing me to download an app just to regain access. Additionally, when the shower broke and a part of the wardrobe fell (photo included), it wrinkled all my clothes, - these issues took hours to resolve each time. I was staying during a period of regional tension, so I spent most of my time working from the apartment and relying on the building’s amenities. Because of this, the repeated inconveniences had an even greater impact, and the good gym alone wasn’t enough to make up for them. Daily cleaning is not included, although one complimentary cleaning was offered per weekly extension. However, scheduling was difficult. On one occasion, a cleaner entered the apartment while I was in the shower. I had already informed management not to enter before a specific time, yet this was ignored and the door was opened without permission. This was very uncomfortable. Other staff members would frequently come by without prior notice, often hours after problems had occurred, which was quite inconvenient as well Communication with management was often inefficient, and they never apologized for any of these issues and often acted with an attitude - like when I left the apartment for two hours at an agreed time for cleaning, only to return and find that nothing had been done. The WiFi in the amenities area was not reliable enough for remote work, and the pool was closed for about a week for maintenance during that time, so I needed to make other plans for the day.
