1. 2 times Experienced noisy nabours speaking in loud voices till 3-4 am, had to call consierge to make things quiet
2. Visited Bywater restaurant, menu (paper type, no photos) is quite confusing. This resulted in ordering the unwanted dish. Spoke with restaurant manager to implement a digital type of menu, and with a photo against each dish

Only there for one day and night as I was transiting through Doha, but will certainly go back for a longer visit.

We had a wonderful experience at Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, clean, and very well maintained.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with amazing views. The private beach, swimming pools, and water park are fantastic, especially for families with children.
The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and luxurious.
The location in Lusail is also perfect for a relaxing getaway.
A special thank you to all the staff for their warm hospitality and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail to families, couples, and anyone looking for a luxury stay in Qatar.

The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious, and we had a good overall experience. However, the morning breakfast buffet was very disappointing.
There was a very long queue and waiting time to enter and access the breakfast buffet. For a hotel of this standard, the breakfast arrangements and crowd management could be much better.
I hope the management will look into this and improve the breakfast service, especially during busy mornings, so guests can enjoy a more comfortable and pleasant experience.

I loved everything about the hotel. The location was excellent. The facilities. The staff. It was really amazing. Will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Staff members like Saffa at the front desk and Aya at guest services really went the extra mile and made the stay even more better.

The pool and beach area closes early by like 19:00 so even if it’s still really hot, you can’t use the facilities.
The gold cart doesn’t take you directly to the mall; just to the entrance of the hotel so you still have to walk over the road.

My favorite place to stay in Qatar. The hotel is superb, the facilities are great, staff is exceptional. Came to celebrate my wife’s birthday and they offered us a complimentary cake and some snacks which made our stay even more memorable. Special shoutout to Rhitesh for his wonderful manners and always being available to help with whatever, and to Tasnim for being such a great hostess. Not my first and definitely not my last stay I love this place.
