It was one of the best stays Iv had
+ I did a solo trip to Doha and stayed at this beautiful hotel. I can’t fault a single thing. The location was brilliant…the cleanliness was amazing. The restaurants were extremely good but most of all the staff were just incredible. They couldn’t do enough. Super nice & super helpful. As I was on my own I felt very safe. Everyone from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff to the pool lady was so nice and pleasant. One of the best stays Iv ever had!!!

+ The staff were great, very accomdating and very friendly. They make you feel like family especially Chaima and Pamela from the Market and Ismaeel from reception. The bedroom was spacious and clean.
− I was a bit disappointed with the overall upkeep of the bathroom as this is a five star hotel. The wear and tear had taken it's toil. The tiles were chipped was there was grime on the shower tiles. The position of the bidet hand spray was placed in an awkward position so you would basically have to be a contortionist to use it.

+ The check-in process was efficient and seamless, and I greatly appreciated the lovely room upgrade. The breakfast was enjoyable and of high quality. They were also kind enough to provide us with a late check-out.
− My only suggestion for improvement is to add an automatic temperature setting to the air conditioning system to prevent it from running continuously.
