Disappointing

Central but dirty

+ Reception staff was very friendly and check in was nice. The location is great at the center of Kemer. Hotel has a pool. That’s all about the food stuff

− The room was not cleaned after previous guests. Bathroom was dirty with stains in the sink and hair of previous customers, there were no towels or paper or even a bed sheets to cover. We asked for the paper at the arrival and left for the city walk - after 3-4 hours it was still the same, then after asking again we got paper and towels but needed to ask for bed sheet. I cleaned the bathroom myself a bit just to use it. Everything looks very used and outdated, in the morning we had a cockroach waiting at the bathroom. Breakfast was poor and served in the room which looks very outdated too. Overall - cheap stay for one night - we survived but would not recommend. Definitely not for holiday

Great hotel, I recommend

+ I liked the location, the room and the facilities. I liked the staff. I talked with Alper who was very friendly and fluent in English and had prepared the room in advance by switching the heating on. This was a nice touch. I talked to the manager as well who was very fast to fix a minor issue. I really liked the atmosphere and vibe of the hotel overall. I travel alone and I felt very comfortable. The staff was very professional and polite. The breakfast was very good as well. It is a buffet and of very good quality. I was bemused by the cats outside as well. I come to Kemer a lot to trek and I stayed in Park Marina Hotel, which is a hotel nearby. I did not feel welcome last time I went and did not like the vibe and that is why I chose Vois Kemer Otel this time. The hotel is located near the beach, the town centre and easy to reach the trekking route. I stayed in 7 different hotels on Kemer and I would recommend this hotel for all the above descriptions.

− The SPA was not working but I was offered to go to Lux SPA instead. Can't think of anything else otherwise.

This is good hotel in the center of Kemer

+ I liked the location of the hotel, a nice room with a balcony, and a delicious breakfast. Good wi-fi signal for my work. Thanks to the staff, especially the reception manager Alpar. I want to stay here longer.

+ The staff was really really nice and forthcoming, the position was really good, the breakfast was delicious and had vegetarian options.

− Unfortunately the rooms were not 100% clean when I arrived but I could change into a cleaner room, one time the toilet flush didn’t work. Other than that it was amazing
