Путаница у персонала - несколько раз была путаница с платой за завтрак, хотя бронь была с завтраками.
Среди персонала были сотрудники с очень низким опытом и умением понимать гостя - например, молодой сотрудник не смог самостоятельно разобраться в ситуации, когда требовалось менее теплое одеяло - хорошо, что рядом был вдумчивый мужчина.
Очень высокий туалет - ноги с трудом достают до пола. Гигиенический душ в туалете слишком низкий - его струя не достает по высоте - поэтому его не получится использовать

Stylish, new property & professional service

Overall, considering that we had to cancel two previous reservations in Antalya due unsatisfactory cleanliness standards, this hotel as our third and last choice was a positive experience. It is relatively new, welcoming, and walking distance from the beach. The front desk staff were very accommodating, especially when our Booking reservation wasn't showing up in their system. Yusef checked us in in a professional and efficient manner and resolved the issue within the same night. The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the city. A member of the staff team that deserves recognition is the male bartender who worked the night shift and went above and beyond to meet our drink and food expectations after a difficult arrival. He is probably the best hiring decision that voco made so far. Besides that any requests we made over the phone were promptly addressed, such as replacement of safe batteries, AC adjustment, bathroom sink drainage, or a simple water request. What we liked the most about the property was the cats entering freely through the door and occupying the reception couches.

The level of English in other departments than Front Desk (such as Food and Beverage) or Housekeeping needs to improve. This is a British hotel company with primarily international clientele, therefore hiring staff that know at least a basic level of English and receive proper Customer Service training should be a mandatory requirement. We had a terrible experience in the restaurant at lunch, where the waitress not only didn't communicate in our language but also did not seem to really care about the consequences of her actions. Despite our strictly vegetarian order, which had been repeated multiple times, she served us soup with meat (instead of lentil). As I haven't consumed ANY meat since age 14, I felt sick for the rest of the day after having eaten it before realizing. She also didn't provide any water, or cutlery, or sharing plates and didn't warn us of the plate cover that was burning hot.

Nice modern hotel, mid location

The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is good. The hotel is away from the noise, and combined with the comfortable beds, we got a good night’s rest.

The beach is a 10-minute walk away, and the surrounding area is not the nicest.

Peace, quiet, and relaxation

The truth is, it can only be described as wonderful on all levels. The finishing level of this new property is excellent, with great attention to every detail, and all the staff are very helpful and cooperative. The level of cleanliness and soundproofing is very good. The bed is very comfortable, maintaining high standards compared to its peers.

Lovely hotel, and good facilities!

The staff were very helpful. We booked 2 twin rooms and both rooms were modern, long mirrors, excellent showers, comfortable beds, clean, good views of mountains, room service was good. The hotel restaurant food was good. The swimming pool was good, we used it every morning. The coffee was good. We stayed for 3 nights, and would use this hotel again. A big thank you to Rabia, and the team.

We were happy! There were no issues during our stay. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping was excellent. The were full bottles of lotions, shower gels too.
