Good alternative to all inclusive crowded 'tourist factories' :) ...

Nice, clean and modern apartment with a balcony located on the first floor of one of the villas. Nicely and functionally decorated, with everything you might need for a short stay, including a well equipped kitchen, large washing machine in the bathroom, efficient AC in the bedroom and in the leaving room. Good WiFi. Friendly and communicative staff. Localization with easy access from the main road. Nice and quite large pool and the pool area available for all the guests of the villa complex. Free and secured parking just in front of the villa complex. Some 15 minutes walk to the Land of the Legends park. Good price to quality ratio, especially with not that many similar alternatives in the area. That being said, one time here is enough. We do not feel the urge to come here again in the future.

On the down side, the apartment seems to be a little dated, which is most visible in the bathroom, of which the bathroom door would not close, as they were deformed by humidity, is the best example. Also, the complex's location leaves much to be desired. It is all nice and green inside, but 30 meters out the main entrance to the complex and you find yourself in the area that is undergoing the chaotic change from rural fields info urban neighborhood, with plenty of dusty roads, unfinished houses, and empty plots of land overran by weeds. If you wish for a nice and romantic walk in the direct vicinity of the complex, you will not find it here.

A very pleasant stay with a few minor issues

The location and amenities, as well as the pool and the generous size of our apartment. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The Wi-Fi coverage in our unit (#4) was occasionally a little weak and unstable. Some of the appliances also seemed a bit dated and could perhaps benefit from an update.

The peace and quiet the rooms were amazing bed comfy pool amazing loads of towels plenty of bog rolls and even shower gel

Loved staying here

I booked the Villa as I wanted to be close to Land of Legends which it is it was my two children and husband
Great location
It’s also great if you had a couple of families staying in a villa then coming together in the communal swimming pool area
The place felt very safe, well maintained and looked after and the staff were very helpful

I guess it’s not a didn’t like but we landed at 9pm and local shops close so would appreciate a service if they are able to provide basics like milk eggs bread salt pepper oil and a toaster I would have been happy to pay for this as an optional extra
Other than that was a great place

We had a wonderful stay! The villa is very close to Land of Legends, although I recommend taking a taxi to avoid walking under the hot sun. We really enjoyed the pool, and the house was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant, comfortable, and completely stress-free. We highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect, and very well looked after, garden super clean, swimming pool super clean, and villa itself was very good. They are constantly improving and maintaining while we were there. Staff very very helpful sorting taxis if you struggle and also with directions etc. Will definitely visit again when going to Turkey again when tennis court is all sorted.. Happy to have washing machine and very good aircons.

We, as a family of 5, have stayed for about 3 weeks at Vista Villa and loved everything! The facilities, location were great, and of course the staff, were very friendly and helpful. Especially Ismail, the manager, was very very kind and caring. He spoke very good English. Was offering help and gave us great advices. The location of the Villa is very close to the Land of Legends, that we have visited it few times. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around to choose from. The pool was really nice and always clean, and the place is kept very tidy and beautiful, landscape and gardens inside were pretty. We've had a great time there and will remember this vacation forever!!!

May be just that outside, a little bit of construction was going on, but it didn't affect us much at all. Time at the pool was very peaceful and relaxing.
