+ Good location away from the busy loud streets and close to the beach, restaurants, walking distance into the town. Room is as seen in pictures, clean and spacious with good AC. Staff were friendly and helpful with our concerns.

− The property backs onto a mosque which was not a the problem. However, the calls to prayer were very loud and woke us up at 4-5am on the first morning we were there. When we asked to move rooms to accommodate an undisturbed sleep the staff were understanding and moved us into a quieter room at the front of the property without hesitation. We slept much better the 4 nights were there.

+ The hotel staff was very good and friendly, the rooms were a bit small, they didn't put a curtain in the room that would prevent him from maybe getting in, so I had a problem, I woke up every morning at 8:00 and had to pull two sheets over the curtain to make it a little dark, the room was very dirty, so dirty that I had trouble breathing, but they came and cleaned it, and they don't clean the rooms every day, they cleaned them every two days, and you had to tell them to clean it because if you didn't tell them to clean it, they wouldn't clean it, they would leave water every two days, they would shampoo, they wouldn't leave anything, so it wouldn't be a big deal, only for those who don't have a lot of money to spoil.

− Missing stove, as there is a big attached kitchen, so would be great to cook there also

+ We enjoyed the property for its proximity to the beach and peaceful evenings, though the mosque was noisy in the early morning.

− We weren’t impressed with the place. The booking didn’t match what we received and they didn’t have a flat iron. They did have a kettle but no cups, which is a bit odd if you’re renting out a place. Furthermore, we had to pay an extra 1,000 baht for cleaning the room.

Great location and good staff service, but housekeeping could be improved.

− During my 3-night stay,The room was not cleaned, There was no blanket provided, and the water heater could not be adjusted, making the water too hot to use comfortably.

− Mold everywhere, even though the room was clean the smell of mold is super strong. They have to fix it
