+ The location where the hotel is it's perfect. it is easy to get anywhere and everywhere, there was one security guard that was friendly and welcoming. I loved the size of the room for the price.
− Firstly, the hotel staff at the welcome desk. (Not so welcoming), and my room had a multitude of problems, the A/C was not working in the bedroom. So you can imagine how rosting it was. The shower was falling apart. I had to call up for someone to check the problems about 5 times and it was still not fixed. I think only on my last day was I asked if I want to change the rooms. And that was, after I said I was going to complain. I had a friend come to see me and they were asked to pay qr100. So be careful with that. When the fire alarm went off, even though it was a force alarm, no one came to us, I had to go out and find someone and ask what was happening. ( It was just an alarm, it did not even say evacuate the building.It was just a sound) and if it's your first time visiting, you would not know what that means.
