A perfectly equipped, spacious retreat with wonderful hospitality—the ultimate home away from home

+ Perfect for groups and families! We spent five days here and had a wonderful experience. The villa is located in a quiet, private section of Göynük and is exceptionally well-equipped and comfortable. The Space & Comfort: The villa is perfect for a large group. It features 4 showers and toilets, which made our "after-sea" and evening routines so much easier—no one had to wait! The beds were very comfortable, and the main living room has great sitting sets that are perfect for everyone to relax together. Amenities: We were impressed by the kitchen; they’ve thought of every detail, including a waffle maker and various types of coffee machines. There were also plenty of towels and essentials provided. Hospitality: A special mention to the person taking care of the property. Their warm hospitality made us feel truly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. Location: The location is peaceful and private. While shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within a few minutes' drive, you definitely need a car to get around comfortably.

− While some minor areas could benefit from a bit of maintenance or updates, it certainly didn't detract from our overall experience. It’s worth keeping in mind that it’s a holiday rental designed for a comfortable temporary stay, and it served our needs perfectly.

Our stay was very comfortable, just like being in our own home.

+ The house was so spacious and comfortable. All the amenities are there including a washer and dryer, which were put to good use after our day of hiking on the Lycian Way. We didn’t use the pool but it sure looked tempting and was a great place to sit by and have a cool drink. The property manager was a gem. He drove us to a local restaurant to pick up food for dinner and then brought us treats later in the evening. He even drove us to the bus stop on the highway for our bus ride to Antalya.

Perfect option for a large family

+ Thank you for the excellent experience! We stayed in this house for a week as a large family of 8 — everyone felt comfortable. When we booked, we were a bit hesitant because there were few reviews on Booking.com. We’d like to correct this injustice. The house turned out to be very cozy and well thought out for living: — a fully equipped kitchen, — a spacious living room where everyone could comfortably sit at the dining table, — a pool, barbecue, and cozy verandas, — washing machine and dryer, — a large bathroom, plus a shower and toilet on each floor, — a dishwasher. The windows offer a magnificent view of the mountains, and there’s a picturesque canyon nearby. Special thanks to the host — he responded very quickly to any requests. Was the air conditioner not working well? A technician came, fixed it, and also cleaned all the air conditioners in the house. Needed water? The next morning, 10 liters were delivered — for a symbolic fee. Cons: it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the sea — a bit far. We sometimes called a taxi. But nearby there’s that very canyon — an amazing place, although more comfortable to reach by car. If you’re in doubt — read the reviews about this house on other popular booking websites. We’re very satisfied and confidently recommend it!

Amazing spacious house with friendly host

+ Amazing spacious house with excellent pool, loads of towels, shower gel and necessities provided and the owner was so welcoming and friendly. There were 9 of us and we never struggled with space or the quality of anything anywhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

− Can be a bit difficult for taxis and transfers to find the house, sending a google maps pin helps. It is also quite a walk away from the beach and the distance is too short for uber drivers to accept the ride request.
