+ Шикарное грузинское гостеприимство. Чисто и комфортно по домашнему. Хозяева добродушные и отзывчивые - угощали завтраком и ужином, а также разными национальными соусами и вареньями. Рядом есть все необходимое: магазины, обменники, аптеки и остановки общественного транспорта.

+ Everything was excellent. The hospitality of the hosts was truly exceptional — they were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. I felt very comfortable and genuinely cared for during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was perfect.

+ Very cozy and clean rooms. The host was very nice and welcoming, they also treated us with the delicious pancakes and coffee in the morning!! To sum up this was very good experience and the prices as well are very reasonable.

+ Очень хороший отель, находящийся с тихом жилом частном секторе Тбилиси недалеко от выезда. Нам такой и нужен был, чтобы не ехать через весь город по пробкам. Парковка на улице, но места достаточно для всех, есть где парковаться! Номер был очень хороший на 3м мансардном этаже, с большим балконом, там столик и стулья. Формат дома - таунхаус. Своя ванная комната, туалет. На этаже в холле есть кухня, все необходимые принадлежности, чайник, микроволновка, аэрогриль 🔥 Хозяин очень приветливый, добрый человек. Мы были после длинной дороги из Турции. Он принес нам вместо завтрака ужин: смузи, пиццу и арбуз. За что ему отдельная благодарность 🙏🏻 Нам как раз нужно было немного восполнить силы. С утра проводил нас и извинился за гостей, которые были у них, но мы очень крепко спали и ничего не слышали. Очень вежливый человек!
− Немного неудобно было в ванной с мансардной крышей, можно головой удариться, что я и делала постоянно 😅 Для невысоких людей самое то!

+ I had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my trip. Everything was clean and exactly as described. The host, Shalva is superb, was incredibly kind and accommodating, making the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Georgia! He also gifted me a bottle of wine to bring back home.

+ We had a wonderful stay for 2 nights! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable for a young couple. We especially loved the huge private terrace with breathtaking city and mountain views — perfect for relaxing in the evening. The private bathroom was clean and spacious, and the kitchen area had everything we needed, including a fridge, microwave, grill, and electric kettle. The bed was super comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and cozy. The neighborhood is very calm and full of fresh air. There is a bus stop very close to the villa, with easy access to the city center. Groceries, banks, pharmacies, and cafés are all within a 5–10 minute walk from the property, which made our stay even more convenient. The hosts were kind, welcoming, and always helpful. We would definitely stay again for a longer period and highly recommend this place to couples visiting Tbilisi!

+ I had a wonderful week here on the top floor with a terrace. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and affordable place. My positive experiences: helpful owner, clean, spacious terrace, great view of the hills and greenery, surprise treats, air conditioning, quiet environment, comfortable and large bed, kitchen and equipment. The previously mentioned deficiencies have been addressed. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It's more of a family atmosphere than a hotel. I will definitely come back, for three months.
