+ The stay more than met my expectations. An absolutely beautiful colonial-style house with a homey atmosphere. The owner, Anil, is an incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous person. He gives you tips on things to do, where to shop, places of interest, and evening events. I met some really great people there and will definitely be back!!

Our 'Delhi home'.
+ Villa 33 really is like "a home away from home". As a B&B, it doesn't offer some of the amenities you'll find in a contemporary hotel, but in my opinion, it offers so much more. The staff are incredibly helpful & courteous, the location is great with all you immediately need close by, & we felt quite safe there. A good experience for first time visitors to Delhi.

Wonderful place to stay in a lovely area of Delhi
+ This is one of my favourite places in Delhi: super central near SDA market (with lots of restaurants), super kind host, very nice and big room, and a solid breakfast. The staff asks you what you want for breakfast (choice of eggs and paratha), and in addition you get oatmeal, fruits, nice bread, and more. It's nice and quiet in a residential area with good parks nearby. It's easy to reach from the airport (normally a little over 30 minute drive).
− Since it's an old building, there aren't so many plugs in the room

+ The welcome is warm and helpful and this gorgeous old villa is full.of character and all the amenities you could possibly need. The staff are fab and the breakfast excellent. This is our second stay and we would hesitate to return. Highly recommend.

+ The house is lovely, and the neighborhood might be one of the best in the city. The door is closed during the night, but someone from the staff is always there to open it for you, even in the late hours. The room was very spacious, I loved the decorations, and the beds were nicely made. The breakfast is simple but delicious, exactly what you need in the morning. Fresh fruit, omelette, roti, tea, and all the good stuff. The owner is a wise man with many interesting stories to tell, and the staff are also very kind. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
− I wish the bathroom had been a little better maintained, and unfortunately, the hairdryer wasn’t working either. The biggest issue, though, was the construction site right next to my window. I completely understand that this is outside the property’s control, which is why I’m still giving the place a high rating. However, the noise was extremely loud and, at times, unbearable, the whole room was vibrating while the construction work was going on.

Comfortable stay
+ The place is very well located- quiet yet close to all necessary amenities. The owner was a kind person and served us a simple hot meal as we had checked in late in the evening after a long working day and were too tired to step out for dinner. This was provided on the house. The room was large and for two persons it was very comfortable. They have a lot of lovely old wooden furniture.
− I think the rooms/bath area can be spruced up a bit as they are a little run down. While the furniture is nice they can have fewer pieces in the room to make it more spacious.

Great introduction to Delhi
+ Villa 33 is in an old colonial house in the Hans Khas high -end neighborhood If there is no hot water, check to see that the switch for the “on-demand" hot water tank in your shower is on. A cluster of businesses 200 meters away, including bodegas, tea/coffee, and a decent pub (The Beer Cafe) and adjacent, the low-key Kathi’s House of Kabobs Villa 33's lead staffer is Tej Singh with whom basic communication in English is possible. For more complex communication needs English, guests can always ask Mr. Singh to contact the manager, Mr. Anil Saigal, who’s offsite. Breakfasts are Continental and Indian, and are eaten family-style. Very tasty!
